Men's merino wool swim shorts built for the health-conscious swimmer. While every other brand wraps you in recycled plastic and calls it sustainable, these natural fiber swim shorts use 98% merino wool and 2% elastane — no polyester, no nylon, no PFAS chemicals against your skin.

Most swim shorts use a polyester mesh liner right where it matters most. Ours doesn't. The outer shell is 98% merino wool, 2% elastane for stretch — but the built-in support pouch? 100% merino. No elastane, no synthetic, no plastic. Because if anywhere deserves to be completely free from synthetic fibers, it's there.

The Problem with Synthetic Swim Shorts

An ASU study confirmed that synthetic swimwear caused an eightfold spike in microplastic levels in water during recreational hours. Your skin is your largest organ — and conventional swim shorts press polyester, nylon, and PFAS chemicals directly against it. Recycled polyester is still polyester. Recycled nylon is still nylon. We chose a different path entirely.

Care

Machine wash 30°C on wool/delicate cycle. Use wool detergent. Reshape and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. Rinse in fresh water after swimming in salt or chlorinated water.
